DEVICARE Test Bench

special SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIAL PROBLEMS

Devicare commissioned us to perform a test bench for the pH measurement sensors of their product Lit-Control for the prevention of renal lithiasis. The challenge was to develop a desktop device to allow the simultaneous test of 100 sensors. The requirements were very specific:

• Platform operation shuold be manual, with a combined movement of vertical displacement and rotation.

• Stainless steel construction.

• Mechanical elements without grease.

• Removable plates to allow device cleaning.

To fulfill the requirements, Mequonic designed the product based on its dynamics modelling. It consists of 3D printing elements combined with machining components and commercial elements. The assembly of the device was made also.
